Internet:

With Internet Banking, you can view your account balances, history, transfer funds, request a check, and more from any PC or mobile device with internet access. Your information is kept confidential and secure by using the latest encryption technology available.

You must be a member of CS Credit Union to use Internet Banking. If you are not, please check our membership page to see if you are eligible. Contact the credit union to enroll in Internet Banking at (828) 241-6048 or (828) 241-6065.

Your account information will be updated every morning and afternoon of each business workday.


Mobile:

Remote Deposit Capture is now available in our mobile app!

The CS Credit Union Mobile App is now available for all of our Internet Banking members. You have to register for Internet Banking before using the Mobile App. Scan the QR Code or go to iTunes (iPhone or iPad) or Google Play (Android device) app store and search for 'CS Credit Union'. Download the app for a whole new experience in mobile banking.

Remote Deposit Capture

Remote Deposit Capture Agreement and End User License Agreement

Our Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) service allows approved members of CS Credit Union to utilize their mobile device(s) to deposit acceptable paper checks into their accounts at CS Credit Union. RDC service is a function of our Mobile App that can be downloaded directly from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other approved sources.

To Qualify for Remote Deposit you must:

Be a member in good standing with at least 120 days of acceptable deposit history with CS Credit Union.

•        Utilize e-docs and e-Statements at CS Credit Union

•        Not be delinquent on any loan at CS Credit Union

•        Not have a history of writing NSF checks

•        Not have a history of returned deposit items

•        Not have a history of any charge-off [loan/savings/checking/credit card]

Service Usage

Members may submit requests for use of the RDC service under the Remote Deposit tab in the Mobile App. Upon approval of the RDC user request, a new user may begin using the service. Any members not approved for the RDC service will be notified by text message and e-mail of the reason. However, these members will still be eligible to use all other functions and features of our Mobile App. Use of the service by the new RDC user constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined in the End User License Agreement or EULA. All new RDC users will be prompted to review and agree to the EULA terms and conditions before making their first deposit. Approved users shall have access to the RDC service as long as their accounts remain in good standing.


Bill Pay

CS Credit Union is pleased to offer the convenience of Online Bill Pay to our members.

To access Online Bill Pay you need to sign-up for Internet Banking. Once signed up for Internet Banking click the 'Bill Payer' tab after signing on.
